Bootcamp sessions are approximately 90 minutes in length
Morning camps are held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday
from 5:00 am - 6:30 am
or Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Evening camps are held on Tuesday & Thursday
from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Please bring a water bottle and towel and a GREAT attitude.
